Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to all 50 US states. Standard shipping times may be longer for Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories.

Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included
Items must not show signs of use or damage

3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging

4. Drop off the package at any UPS location

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for a free return shipping label and send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
