The 1500W heating element brings water to steam-ready temperature in just 30 seconds from a cold start. Three adjustable steam settings accommodate different floor types and soil levels: Low for sealed hardwood and laminate, Medium for daily tile maintenance, and High for stubborn kitchen grease and bathroom floors.

The swivel mop head rotates 180° and features a slim triangular profile that reaches into corners, along baseboards, and under furniture where traditional mops can’t reach. At just 6.5 lbs, the ergonomic design reduces arm and wrist fatigue during extended cleaning sessions. The 23-foot power cord provides generous reach without unplugging.

Each washable microfiber pad attaches via a simple snap-on mechanism and lifts away dirt while the steam loosens it from the surface. The dual-sided pad design lets you flip mid-session for a fresh surface without stopping. Machine-wash pads after use — each pad lasts for approximately 50 wash cycles before replacement.

The 380ml water tank provides up to 20 minutes of continuous steam per fill. The removable tank detaches for easy refilling at the sink without carrying the entire unit. A steam-lock button enables hands-free continuous steaming for large areas.

Is it safe for hardwood floors?

Yes, on sealed hardwood floors. The Low steam setting is specifically designed for wood surfaces. Do not use on unsealed, waxed, or oil-finished hardwood as moisture can penetrate and cause damage.

Do I need to use any cleaning solution?

No. Use only tap water or distilled water. Chemical additives can damage the boiler and void the warranty. The steam itself provides the cleaning and sanitizing action.

Can I use it on carpet?

This model is designed for hard floors only. It does not include a carpet glider attachment. For carpet steam cleaning, a dedicated carpet steam cleaner is recommended.

How often should I replace the pads?

With regular machine washing, each pad lasts approximately 50 uses. Two pads are included; replacement packs are available on our accessories page.

Does it leave floors wet?

Floors may feel slightly damp for 15-30 seconds after mopping, but the high temperature means moisture evaporates quickly. On the Low setting, floors dry within seconds.
