Does it work on carpet?

Yes for vacuuming on low to medium-pile carpet. The robot automatically increases suction when carpet is detected. The mop function should be disabled for carpeted areas using the app’s no-mop zones.

How often do I empty the dustbin?

For average homes, empty after each full-home clean or every 2-3 days. Homes with pets or high foot traffic may need daily emptying. The app notifies you when the bin is full.

Can it clean multiple rooms automatically?

Yes. After mapping, you can schedule whole-home cleaning or select specific rooms. It navigates between rooms through doorways autonomously and returns to its dock when finished.

What about dark-colored floors?

The LiDAR navigation works on all floor colors. Some older robot vacuums with infrared cliff sensors struggle with dark floors, but our LiDAR-based system has no such limitation.

How does it handle thresholds and rugs?

It climbs thresholds and rug edges up to 0.8 inches (20mm) high. For thicker transitions, you may need a small ramp. Very high-pile rugs should be set as no-go zones.
