How often should I wash the filters?

Rinse the pre-filter monthly and the HEPA filter every 2-3 months. Allow 24 hours to air dry completely before reinstalling. Never use the vacuum with wet filters.

Does it work on thick carpet?

It performs well on low to medium-pile carpet. On very thick or shag carpet, use Max mode for adequate suction. The brush roll height does not manually adjust but accommodates most standard carpet heights.

Can I buy a spare battery?

Yes, spare batteries are available on our accessories page. A second battery effectively doubles your cleaning time to 80 minutes with hot-swapping.

Is it loud?
