Two independent temperature zones allow simultaneous storage of reds and whites at their ideal serving temperatures. The upper zone adjusts from 54-64°F for reds, Champagne, and aged wines, while the lower zone ranges from 40-54°F for whites, rosés, and sparkling wines. Digital touchpad controls with LED display let you set each zone independently.

Thermoelectric cooling technology operates without a compressor, eliminating the vibration that can disturb sediment in aging wines. This solid-state cooling method is also remarkably quiet — under 35 dB — making it suitable for open-plan living spaces, home offices, and bedrooms.

The double-paned tempered glass door features a UV-resistant coating that blocks harmful light wavelengths known to degrade wine quality. Soft interior LED lighting illuminates your collection without generating heat or UV radiation when you open the door. Chrome-plated wire racks cradle standard Bordeaux bottles securely and slide out smoothly for easy access.

The freestanding design requires no built-in cabinetry — simply place it on any flat surface with 3 inches of rear clearance for ventilation. Adjustable leveling feet accommodate uneven floors, and the reversible door hinge allows left or right opening to suit your space.

In climate-controlled homes (ambient under 77°F), thermoelectric units maintain target temperatures effectively. In hot garages or rooms above 80°F, a compressor-based unit may be more appropriate.

Can I build this into cabinetry?

This is designed as freestanding only. It vents heat from the rear and requires 3+ inches of clearance on all sides. Built-in installation may cause overheating and void the warranty.

Will it fit Burgundy or Champagne bottles?

Standard Bordeaux bottles fit on all racks. Wider Burgundy and Champagne bottles fit by removing alternating racks, reducing capacity to approximately 16-18 bottles.

How much does it cost to run?

Thermoelectric coolers are very efficient. Expect approximately $3-5 per month in electricity costs under normal ambient conditions.

Does it have a lock?

No lock is included. If security is a concern, aftermarket appliance locks compatible with the handle style are available.
